Malcolm McAuley Joins C5 Insight as Dynamics and Power Platform Senior Solution Architect

Malcolm McAuley has joined C5 Insight as Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Senior Solution Architect. He helps organizations build, develop, and deploy solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology applications such as CRM and Power Platform. The results for clients include improved customer engagement, optimized business processes, and business process automation.

McAuley has over ten years of experience developing and implementing Microsoft applications. He most recently served as Director of CRM & Support at Dynamic Communities, the world’s largest community training provider for users and partners of Microsoft technology solutions. In this role he was responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of the Dynamics CRM application. He also leveraged the Microsoft Power Platform to implement and improve workflows, dashboards, and reports. McAuley also worked for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada (BBBS) for nine years directing the organization’s information systems for over 100 offices across Canada. He led the implementation and refinement of information system technology to drive organizational efficiency and data-driven decision-making utilizing Microsoft solutions including MS Dynamics CRM, Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365 platforms. McAuley attended Cambrian College and the University of Waterloo.
